2008 - October

Jersey Day at school - Gig 'Em Aggies - Whoop!
Maya with her straight hair...she looks so
much older, I can hardly stand it!

2008 - October

Maya is always making pictures for the
people she loves. Then she wants to
mail them : )
Asa seems to work better w/o pants...just
a diaper

My little artists

2008 - October, State Fair

Let's go to the fair!
Oh yeah - can't wait!

This picture, and the one below it, is a
perfect example of one big difference
in our kiddos....
Proceed with caution, and...

...go full blast without any thought!

This is so much fun!

2008 - October, State Fair

Maya, Grams & Pops
Lots of walking, yet lots of yummy
eating at the State Fair
Maya, Asa, Grams & Pops in front
of Big Tex
Kirk Herbstreet, Lee Corso, and Chris Fowler
at Game Day for two little poe-dunk colleges...
oh I forget their names...
notice they're wearing shorts : )
Oh - they do have faces!

2008 - October, State Fair

Thanks for the help, Pops!

2008 - October, State Fair

Asa LOVES tractors. Ignore the sign, please (oops)

Always the protective big sis

Asa's 1st roller coaster ride

Maya LOVES roller coasters

2008 - October

Grams and Maya in their color
coordinating outfits. They both
look great in purple!

2008 - September

Dakota has been with us now for 10 1/2 years!
Though he's not permitted on the furniture,
he manages to sneak up every now and then -
he loves to look out the window.
Here's our little Lady. She's a mama's girl.
Always at my heals. (Also not permitted
on the furniture)
Asa chasing our neighborhood peacocks.

What a great blackmail picture!
He loves taking showers.

2008 - September

It's not easy, but every now and then I can
get Asa to sit down and color.
This is what Asa would rather be doing -
enjoying the great outdoors!

Making funny faces

Maya is always wanting to pick
Asa up, but he's not always happy
to cooperate

I know I'm slightly biased, but
I've some good-looking kids!
They get it from my side of the
family - haha : )

2008 - September

Peacocks or "Pea Fowl" as our friend Ben likes
to call them, roam our neighborhood. Kids love it!
There are great bike trails near our home, so we
purchased Maya this trail-a-bike so she could
go on the trails. It's hooks up to Robert's bike.
Even though she can ride her bike w/o training wheels,
it's a little too dangerous w/ all the "professional
cyclists" on the trails

Maya working on her first homework
assignment. She was so excited to have
homework - I will enjoy it while I can!
